Due to overwhelming request, here is how to get rosters for NCAA Football 09 via the EA Locker.
1. Make sure your console is connected to the PlayStation Network or X-Box Live.
2. Fire up NCAA Football 09. Once loaded, hit Start when prompted.
3. Select ONLINE, then EA LOCKER, and DOWNLOAD ROSTER.
4. If one of your friends has rosters, select and then click on their name to download.
5. If not, click ENTER ONLINE ID and type in:
[PS3] ncaaStrategies
[360] Coming soon
6. Select YES and wait for the file to download.
7. Type in the name you want the roster file to be saved as. We recommend ‘Utopia’ 
8. Restart your system.
* Keep in mind that the roster file was created mainly before the roster issue patch was released. If you edit or create too many players, the file will become corrupt.
This roster file is ideal for gamers who only want players accurately named and no edits made. *

PS3 Rosters Now Available 14 August 2008
Complete rosters for the PS3 version of NCAA Football 09 are now available.
To download them from the EA Locker, search for rosters in the following lockers:
- ncaaStrategies
- cdj
Only names have been added, no ratings or player equipment changed. File created by 21SEC and cdj.
At this time, it is unknown what issues may exist with the file. It is recommended that people avoid editing (or creating) an excessive number of players, unless it is done within a Dynasty.

ps3 rosters from Lanteri87 22 July 2008
All teams are named except Arkansas State, Idaho, Utah State, and Western Kentucky. You can name One one of those teams if you so desire without any glitching problems. However, if you edit more than one of them then that’s when glitches happen. If my roster is still usable post-patch I’ll name these 4 and get a new file up.

Errors, Corrections, Edits, CAPs
If you see mistakes or other corrections that need to be made let me know in this thread. I need documentation or other proof before I make rating edits. If a player is no longer on a team you need to provide me with the ratings for a replacement player. If you want a player created you’ll need to either give me ratings, or a scouting report.
Editing
If you download the file from here via flash drive you can edit to your heart’s desire (sans the aforementioned 4 teams). If you get it from the locker then you can’t.
Permissions
Going to be a dick on this one.
Do NOT upload my roster to your own personal locker. I will put it up on mine. My PSN name is Lanteri87. Again, I strongly discourage using the locker.
Also, I will be in charge of editing my own roster, or allowing someone else to do it. Ask first if you plan on sharing edits with a community. Chances are I’ll ask you if you want to assist me, but other than that I’m not allowing anyone to release any form of my roster without my consent.

Patch on the way to fix roster issues 16 July 2008
From NCAA Football Producer Adam Thompson:
We have identified and fixed the bug causing the game to crash when editing rosters. This bug also causes teams to disappear and team ratings to change.
The patch is being tested tonight, and assuming all goes well it will be submitted tomorrow for certification. The expected release is in 5-10 days.
Until the patch, we recommend you cease editing rosters. Rosters that have been corrupted by the bug will not work after the patch. If you have a roster in progress and have not encountered any freezes or missing teams, it will work after the patch. There is a possibility a roster can be corrupt and not have surfaced any problems yet. This is why we recommend that you stop or back up your work among multiple save files.
We are also fixing the bug where the depth chart gets reordered after editing a player with this patch.
These are the ONLY fixes in this patch. We are planning on a 2nd patch with many fixes, but we had to get this one out the door.
We appreciate everyone’s patience on this matter.

The Latest on the Roster Issues 16 July 2008
Here is the latest news:
- 360: If you are using rosters that were originally in the lockers of ‘pastapadre’, ‘EArosters com’, or ‘joshuashuskers’ you will have names for all players. However, if you edit players you will ultimately run into the glitch and your system will freeze. You can use these rosters in-game, but do NOT edit them.
- PS3: There is no file available yet for the PS3. If you downloaded the file once found in the locker of ‘cdj’ or ‘SEC21’, please delete it and do not use it. It is corrupt and not salvageable, even when a patch hits.
For the time being, try and enjoy the game as is. No complete editable rosters will be available until a patch is released by EA Sports.
- PS2: Expect word on these rosters by the weekend.
